Making a study session feel tangible.
An iPhone study timer exploring the relationship between focus, progress, and competition.
A little room to focus.
A working 25-minute timer inspired by the SwiftUI prototype.
This demonstration runs only in this page. It does not save sessions or update rankings.
Start with one session
StudyRanked is my SwiftUI study-timer prototype. It combines a stopwatch, Pomodoro mode, and a two-hour countdown with individual and school ranking screens.
Keep the clock in front
The running view gives the clock the screen, while a tap reveals controls. The timer above is a small browser recreation of that idea, not a screenshot of the iPhone app.
The question behind the rankings
The prototype uses sample data to simulate its social layer. I’m interested in whether shared effort can help someone get started—but time spent and learning achieved are different things. That is the question a next iteration should test.
